About The Position

Taylor DM Brands is seeking a temporary Order Picker in Amsterdam, New York. The role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, performing quality checks, verifying stock availability, stocking shelves, repackaging orders, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and maintaining related records. The position is scheduled for first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The anticipated hourly wage is $16; the actual offer may vary based on qualifications and other factors. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• Ability to use a ring scanner.
• Ability to read and count accurately and perform simple math.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining and enhancing department goals.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others understand.
• Regularly remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operate machinery and handle products, including print materials.
• Frequently move inside the facility.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry more than 25 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
