About The Position

Taylor Corporation is looking for an advanced Order Picker to run a turret truck at the Jeffersonville, IN facility. This role ensures the accuracy of picking customer orders, performs quality checks, verifies stock availability, and restocks shelves. The position requires maintaining a safe and clean work environment and keeping related records. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Must be able to use a ring scanner, manual equipment and powered material handling equipment (i.e. order picker or lift)
Must be willing to train on and run a Turret Truck and be comfortable with heights up to 35'
Must be able to read and count accurately and do simple math
Detail oriented
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment where you maintain and enhance department goals
Effectively communicate and work in a team environment
Self-motivated and able to multi task
Certifications required for use of powered equipment
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
