About The Position

FyterTech Nonwovens is a fast-paced and rapidly growing company committed to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. This role is for a 3rd Shift Order Picker, working from 10pm to 6:30am.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility for nonstandard work hours – flexible with own shifts and work hours.
  • Willingness to stay beyond shift with little notice to resolve issues or participate in problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn reporting within FyterTech systems, including WMS, NetSuite.
  • Ability to perform daily duties pertaining to Lift Truck Safety Checklists.
  • Lead/motivate by positive example, exhibiting a can-do attitude.
  • Actively support company initiatives through words and actions.
  • Personally comply with the policies set forth in the FyterTech Handbook.

Responsibilities

  • Computer skills including basic reporting within FyterTech systems (WMS, NetSuite).
  • Ability to multi-task and interact with internal and external customers.
  • Perform daily duties related to Lift Truck Safety Checklists.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Lift up to 50lbs.
  • Safely operate a Turret Truck while picking orders.
  • Meet shift picking requirements.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance issues.
  • Complete daily picks for all outbound orders (customer, transfer, internal sample).
  • Ensure outbound products meet FyterTech Quality Standards.
  • Consolidate partial pallets and re-warehouse inventory.
  • Conduct cycle counts/recounts.
  • Maintain a clean work area by sweeping and picking up debris daily.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.
