About The Position

Taylor Corporation is hiring an Order Picker at its Pompano Beach, Florida facility. The role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, performing quality checks, verifying stock availability, stocking shelves, repackaging orders, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and maintaining related records. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. The position involves operating machinery and handling print materials and products, moving around the facility, and regularly lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying 25 pounds or more.

Requirements

Must be able to use a ring scanner.
Must be able to read and count accurately and perform simple math.
Detail-oriented.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining and enhancing department goals.
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
Self-motivated and able to multitask.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Regularly remain in a stationary position.
Constantly operate machinery and handle products, including print materials.
Frequently move inside the facility.
Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry 25 pounds or more.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
