About The Position

The Order Picker/Packer is responsible for packing orders according to working orders or the queue system, following special instructions for picking and packing. This role requires double-checking products for accuracy against the working order, prioritizing work to meet daily shipping goals, and matching working orders with invoices and shipping labels. The position also involves placing shipping labels correctly and maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements

• Warehouse pick/pack experience.
• Teamwork and Cooperation.
• Must be reliable/dependable and have excellent attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders according to Working Order or by the queue system.
• Read & follow the special instructions to pick and pack orders.
• Double check product to ensure inventory and item picked are accurate based on the working order.
• Prioritize work & finish daily shipping goal according to company shipping goal.
• Match the working order and invoice, making sure the carton label or UPS and FEDEX label match.
• Place the shipping label to the correct shipment.
• Help maintain clean work area.
