About The Position

Uline is hiring a full-time Order Picker / Packer at its Texas Branch in Irving, Texas. The role pays $26 to $32 per hour and offers hands-on training, consistent weekday hours, and opportunities for overtime and career growth. Work takes place in an air-conditioned warehouse facility. Employees pick and package customer orders for same-day shipping, load outbound trailers, and unload incoming supplier shipments while checking their accuracy and quality.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM, with overtime opportunities. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to frequently move packages weighing 50–70 pounds, and be comfortable using warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet. Uline describes the desired candidate as hardworking and reliable with a steady work history. New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
