About The Position

We are hiring Order Pickers to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Training provided. This role involves manually moving, picking, and scanning materials in warehouses, loading docks, and storage facilities. You will work in warehouses to select, prepare, and move customer orders for shipment, using electric pallet jacks.

Requirements

No experience required.
Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and 40-50 lbs occasionally.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting pick per hour goals.
Be dependable and reliable to work Monday through Friday for the assigned shift.
Employee must pass a background check.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Responsibilities

Manually move, pick, and scan materials in warehouses, loading docks, and storage facilities.
Select, prepare, and move customer orders for shipment, using electric pallet jacks.
Pick and Stage Orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Use Pallet Jack, Electric.
Use of a wrapping machine.
Verify accuracy by verifying SKUs, checking for damages, and updating inventory.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow SOPs and safety.
