About The Position
We are hiring Order Pickers to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Training is provided. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within a stable, established, and long-standing company. The role involves manually moving, picking, and scanning materials in warehouses, loading docks, and storage facilities. You will work in warehouses to select, prepare, and move customer orders for shipment, using electric pallet jacks.
Requirements
- No experience required.
- Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and 40-50 lbs occasionally.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting pick per hour goals.
- Be dependable and reliable to work Monday through Friday for the assigned shift.
- Pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Manually move, pick, and scan materials in warehouses, loading docks, and storage facilities.
- Select, prepare, and move customer orders for shipment using electric pallet jacks.
- Pick and Stage Orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Use Pallet Jack, Electric.
- Use of a wrapping machine.
- Verify accuracy by verifying SKUs, checking for damages, and updating inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
