Order Management Specialist
About The Position
The Order Management Specialist will be responsible for order entry, tracking orders and providing shipment status updates, answering phones, entering part numbers as needed, customer/contact entry, and fraud detection. The majority of time will be spent working in NetSuite. This role requires a high level of punctuality and dependability, excellent attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, a personable and team-player attitude, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly and helpfully with customers, strong organizational skills, and be a skilled time manager with a drive toward productivity.
Requirements
- Ability and comfort working with computer applications- the majority of time is spent working in NetSuite
- Display a high level of punctuality and dependability
