About The Position

The Federal Sales Operations team is crucial to our success, empowering our field sales team and partners by managing the complexities of the post-sale world, allowing sales to focus on relationships and innovation. As an Order Management Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact, ensuring high-stakes equipment and services reach Federal customers smoothly and efficiently. This role is an excellent entry point for a motivated individual interested in the intersection of sales, logistics, and government business, providing a deep understanding of Federal Sales, Supply Chain Logistics, and Project Management.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to translate complex info into clear, professional updates (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable using a computer, specifically Google Drive (Docs/Sheets) and Windows.
  • A team player who stays positive even when things get busy and enjoys helping teammates succeed.
  • A "can-do" attitude and the confidence to take ownership of projects from Day 1.
  • Comfortable with changing technologies and fast-moving environments.
  • Must be willing to be 100% onsite, Monday - Friday.
  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree on or before July 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily flow of orders for equipment and services, ensuring every detail is entered correctly.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks in the fulfillment process and collaborate with various departments to clear them.
  • Act as a contact for sales reps, answering questions about order status or how to fix mistakes, becoming a trusted partner and valued resource.
  • Identify slow or confusing steps in office work and help find better, faster ways to improve efficiency.
  • Help explain rules and processes to customers and partners so they know exactly what to expect.
