The Alternative Channel Coordinator role for LIV is a temporary assignment designed to provide white‑glove support to our most important customers and to bring key learnings back to the broader Order Management team. This role is highly visible and critical, as these major accounts are essential to the success of our operations. In addition to managing these customers, the coordinator will be responsible for escalating important issues through the appropriate channels to ensure alignment and satisfaction across sales, supply chain, and our customers.
