About The Position

Order Management Coordinator Your tasks - Review and enter Sales Orders per corporate guidelines. - Coordinate lead times between Production and End customer so all delivers can be schedule on time. - Manage order acknowledgment, processing, and shipping instructions for all shipments. - Coordinate all phases of shipping, including crating, export documentation, and certifications. - Prepare Certificates as required and obtain attestations when needed. - Attend Production meetings and provide up-to-date order status reports. - Maintain documentation in CRM (SalesForce) and ERP (SAP 4-Hana) systems. - Prepare quotations and correspondence for parts and consumables as needed. - Loading trucks and schedule delivers are set to go out - Ensure compliance with ISO-9001 Quality System requirements. - Support cross-functional teams with timely and accurate information to meet project and customer deadlines. - Monitor all KPI’s Your profile Working with Kardex Automated storage solutions are high-tech.
