About The Position

You will coordinate workflows, prioritize operations, and ensure orders are completed on time and within budget. Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Trad Degree required OR equivalent experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Experienced in production planning and quality control principles
• Strong time management skills, urgency, and aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks within multiple projects
• Ability to communicate effectively, present and influence credibly at all levels
• Problem Solving - Able to investigate root cause and suggest workable solutions
• Deductive Reasoning - Ability to apply general rules to problems to produce sensible answers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and review production workflow
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determining manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover operational demand
• Ensure our goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
• Address issues when they arise, aiming for minimum disruption
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other operational team members
