About The Position

The Order Management Associate is a member of the Order Management Team and is primarily responsible for answering incoming phone calls and distributing them to the appropriate department. This role involves greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls, or taking messages as necessary. Additionally, the associate will greet visitors, determine the nature of their visit, and notify the appropriate contact. The role also includes reviewing and distributing incoming Sales emails and providing order tracking and shipment status updates.

Requirements

Ability and comfort working with computer applications — ample experience working in NetSuite
Capacity to work with Instrumart’s telecommunications system, Dialpad
Excellent attention to detail
Fast and accurate typing skills
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate in a clear and helpful manner when corresponding with customers
Skilled time manager with a strong drive toward productivity
Active listener — giving full attention to what callers are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
High levels of dependability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth and clear interactions across all departments at Instrumart

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with NetSuite or similar business management software
Experience using a cloud-based telephone system
Experience sharing a workload while working as part of a team
Experience working in an open office environment

Responsibilities
