About The Position

Brilliance.com is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to prepare and ship luxury jewelry orders in person at its Boynton Beach, Florida location. The role focuses on accurately fulfilling orders and creating a polished, premium unboxing experience using the company’s signature packaging. The position is full-time, requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM US Time, with occasional weekends during holiday peak periods.

Compensation is listed as $45,760–$49,920 per year, equivalent to $22–$24 per hour depending on experience and performance. The role offers a $500 signing bonus after 30 days and another $500 after 90 days, along with a performance-based rate increase. Requirements

• Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items such as jewelry, cosmetics, or watches.

• Polished presentation skills and an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal.
• Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation.

• Familiarity with shipping or label software such as ShipStation or Easyship; this is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Curate and pack jewelry orders with 100% accuracy.
• Create a premium unboxing experience using signature packaging, including ribbons, tissue, and tags.
• Ensure on-time, error-free shipping using platforms such as ShipStation or Easyship.
• Coordinate with carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
• Handle each order with care, recognizing that shipments may contain high-value jewelry.
