About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Sales and Distribution regarding process exceptions and corrections.
• Review daily distribution orders to ensure on-time delivery requirements are met.
• Audit Sales Orders for accuracy and completeness before releasing material for shipment.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Distribution to ensure product availability and proper order flow.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve order-related exceptions.
• Evaluate processes, procedures, and policies to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain consistent documentation and transactional accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
