About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Specialist (OFS) will be responsible for ensuring that our members receive white glove service with respect to all aspects of order and delivery processes. This includes timely reporting of issues or delays, investigation of late shipments, management of returns, and resolution of all exceptions.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, with strong skill set using Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to be well organized and prioritized among multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently
• Demonstrate strong skills in verbal and written communications
• Fluent in English

• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional, and consistent communications to members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure orders are shipped promptly
• Responsible for the processing of any member orders submitted via e-mail
• Resolve or coordinate resolution of any issues identified by members or suppliers swiftly and accurately
• Act as a liaison between suppliers and accounts payable to resolve any payment questions or issues, as required
• Responsible for the timely confirmation of purchase orders between members and suppliers
• Accurate documentation of all confirmation and follow-up notes in the appropriate system
• Provide delivery follow-up services to ensure prompt shipment and invoicing of goods or services
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
