About The Position

Cochlear is recruiting an Order Fulfillment Specialist for its warehouse in Centennial, Colorado. The role supports operational efficiency and customer service by accurately fulfilling orders for cochlear implant clinics and recipients. The specialist works with the Operations team to receive inbound shipments, place products in appropriate stock locations, pick items to fulfill customer orders, and transact and ship orders according to established procedures. This is an in-person position in a climate-controlled warehouse performing light warehouse work. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Mountain Time, with occasional overtime potentially required. Applicants must apply by November 1, 2026. The target pay range is $21.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience, with a 5% base-salary bonus opportunity.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of relevant work experience.
Ability to position and use warehouse ladders, hand carts, and electric pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Fulfillment, shipping, and/or mailroom experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack small medical device items for shipment across the country.
Ship customer orders in a timely manner.
Stock products in appropriate locations.
Receive inbound shipments and work collaboratively with the Operations team to support order fulfillment.
Pick items from stock locations to fill customer orders and transact shipments according to established procedures.
