Requirements

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up with customers and prospective clients to develop business opportunities.
Learn about customers' needs and explain insurance products and coverage options.
Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and maintain consistent follow-up.
Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the sales process.
Keep customer information and follow-up activities organized.
Work with the team to meet agency goals and deliver a positive customer experience.
