Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
Ability to follow standard processes while maintaining an appropriate work pace.
Ability to learn and use fulfillment software, handheld devices, and shipping equipment.
Ability to identify problems and recognize when escalation is needed.
Strong organization and time-management skills.

Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or related experience preferred.
Experience using a WMS, OMS, handheld scanner, or shipping system preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick, verify, pack, and ship Blade HQ customer orders.
Meet established productivity, accuracy, quality, and safety expectations.
Keep assigned workstations clean, organized, and stocked.
Safely handle knives and other edged products.
Communicate workflow problems, recurring errors, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities.
Assist with carrier pickups and move completed shipments to designated pickup areas when needed.
Crosstrain and support Team Leads or other departments based on operational needs.
