About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Specialist (OFS) team is responsible for concluding the customer's auction experience. Customers visit the warehouse to pay for and pick up their orders during their scheduled appointment times. They are enthusiastic about their winnings and eager to see their purchases.

Requirements

• Consistent attendance, reliability, and maturity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and speak English well.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability 8:30 am to 5:45 pm Monday to Friday.
• Ability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an order pick-up appointment that minimizes wait times.
• Go the extra mile to locate items for customers, even when they are not in their expected locations.
• Work efficiently and with focus, taking pride in a positive 'can do' attitude.
• Meet daily targets.
• Work with little supervision, demonstrating self-discipline.
