Order Fulfillment Specialist - IPS-Repository NKC
About The Position
Join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and compliant handling of valuable client materials in a regulated pharmaceutical repository. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will prepare and ship client orders, maintain inventory accuracy, support warehouse operations, and ensure all activities comply with cGMP regulations, SOPs, and quality standards. You'll also assist with warehouse organization, equipment maintenance, inventory management, records retention, and facility operations while serving as a member of the OceaView emergency response team. This position works closely with warehouse leadership to deliver exceptional operational performance in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment where accuracy, compliance, and teamwork are essential.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work in regulated storage environments and comply with all safety, security, and controlled material handling requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Prior experience working in cGMP, clinical, pharmaceutical, or other regulated storage environments.
- Experience shipping hazardous or dangerous goods (e.g. IATA, DOT).
