About The Position

The Order fulfillment Specialist is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and shipping produce. Duties and Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and palletize orders. Examine incoming produce for signs of spoilage, damage, or contamination. Report any discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors or quality assurance teams. Prepare outgoing shipments by staging pallets, verifying order contents, and labeling boxes or containers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas. Follow all food and warehouse safety rules.

Requirements

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or willingness to learn.
Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in cold environments, such as refrigerated storage areas.
Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Great communication skills and a team player.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, distribution, or produce handling experience preferred but not required.
