Requirements

High School Diploma
2 years of work experience preferably in a customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Professional phone etiquette

Nice To Haves

Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory of instant tickets by analyzing individual retailer sales histories as well as monitoring overall instant ticket field inventories to maximize the products’ sale potential.
Assist sales and field staff to customize retailer instant ticket inventories by analyzing weekly sales reports and other department production reports.
Review and processes incoming ticket orders from sales representatives.
Monitor and track order levels to resolve retailer issues where sales and company costs might be affected.
May also be involved in administrative related activities.
