About The Position

To coordinate parts orders, including ordering parts from supporting locations.

  • Excellent web navigation skills
  • At least 2 years of successful experience in Parts Shipping with Pride Mobility OR at least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Basic working knowledge of Pride products preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience providing administrative or service support in a manufacturing, production or distribution operation preferred
  • Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Order seats and all non-stock shrouds with Purchasing and coordinate all shipments for daily deliveries from the supplier
  • Enter and move orders into Oracle for parts from other locations
  • Track parts to ensure they are put in proper location to fill orders
  • Coordinate daily domestic handwritten orders and monitor and fulfill order status requests via email
  • Receive ordered parts and match them to orders
  • Handle incoming calls to provide customer service by tracking and giving status of orders to the customer
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
  • Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
  • Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
  • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
  • Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
