About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Representative supports the sales order process for spare parts by researching customer requests, generating quotes, managing orders, and helping coordinate and expedite shipments when necessary. In this role, you will work closely with customers, Inside Sales, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, required documentation is complete, and products are delivered on time and in accordance with applicable compliance requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing a high volume of requests.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in sales order administration or a manufacturing customer service environment.
Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with the ability to produce strong results with limited supervision.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.

Nice To Haves

Casino industry experience preferred.
SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

Process a high volume of parts tickets with guidance.
Research customer requests and assist with generating quotes and managing orders.
Coordinate and expedite shipments when necessary.
Partner with Inside Sales and customers to ensure timely and accurate documentation and delivery.
Maintain expected levels of accuracy in accordance with established quality objectives.
Communicate directly with customers regarding orders, documentation, and delivery requirements.
Coordinate across internal departments and with customers regarding order status, compliance issues, product availability, pricing, documentation, and delivery of parts.
Ensure orders and documentation are handled in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.
