About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator II serves as a link between channel partners and the Company, communicating and resolving medium-complexity issues related to complete goods or Service Parts orders, product configuration, availability, and shipments. The role carries out supply chain and internal client support activities using established procedures, and contributes to efficient office workflows and high-quality, productive outcomes.

Requirements

• Post-secondary non-tertiary education.
• Basic experience coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months).
• Very limited work-based experience (0 to 3 months).
• Verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce, update, and provide best-practice support for Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
• Design a monthly schedule and, when necessary, assign work to others to improve office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks are completed.
• Use data management systems to access required information.
• Carry out supply chain management activities using existing procedures.
• Support internal clients by completing standard activities and assisting others.
• Use the internal communications system to access specific information.
• Support others by performing facilities management activities.
• Operate complex equipment and machines, adjusting variables to achieve quality and productivity goals.
• Generate solutions to simple, recurring inefficiencies.
• Communicate with channel partners and resolve medium-complexity issues involving orders, product configuration, availability, and shipments.
