As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for general warehouse activities, including pulling and moving merchandise, using handheld scanners for verification and location updates, and operating equipment. This role is integral to the club's digital initiatives, encompassing BOPIC (Buy Online, Pick Up In Club), Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. Team members are expected to uphold club policies, procedures, and compliance, acting with honesty and integrity, and prioritizing member satisfaction. The role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and positive environment, embracing inclusion and diversity, working collaboratively, and demonstrating speed, agility, and adaptability. Associates are also expected to deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, and adhere to daily GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate, Fast, Friendly) and GOLD Club Standards (Full, Fresh, Clean, Grand opening look). Maintaining an organized OMNI Space and understanding departmental performance reporting are also key aspects of the position.

Requirements

• Required to meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLA’s), performance metrics and goals.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Nice To Haves

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to staging areas, and operating equipment.
• Utilize handheld scanner devices (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor, verify merchandise, and update merchandise locations.
• Work within all digital initiatives, including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.
• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment, and report expired or short-dated items included on pick lists.
• Communicate with the club team when merchandise needs to be replenished and work to pull merchandise from reserve areas when possible.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and deadlines, including key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to established SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership on individual performance when metrics are not met.
• Securely package orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and make determinations on how to handle them (via DDR or Membership desk).
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including adhering to proper dress code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLA’s), performance metrics, and goals.
• Deliver service excellence through all points of contact, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and ensure a safe and positive environment for members.
• Commit daily to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate, Fast, Friendly) and work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily (Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards, Grand opening look daily).
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, inside the OMNI Space, including bin storage for members' orders.
• Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
