About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for ensuring accurate picking of product, operating an Order Picker and forklift, conducting inventory checks, restocking products, maintaining a clean work environment, and following company safety policies. This position offers base pay plus commission and requires passing a background screen, physical, and drug screen. A $500 sign-on bonus is available after 90 days of continuous employment for employees in good standing.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, strongly preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
Basic mathematical skills
Dependable with excellent time management skills
Must pass pre-employment and random drug screens
Reliable transportation to work each day
Strong communication skills and a positive team player attitude
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

Accurately picking of products.
Operate order picker and sit down forklift.
Conduct inventory counts and restock products into the correct location.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Responsible for using scanner/ handheld devices and interact with warehouse management software.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
