About The Position

Quality Enclosures is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Entry Supervisor to lead our Order Entry Department and oversee the daily flow of customer quotes and orders. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing while supporting collaboration between Sales, Production, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in manufacturing or operations environments, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for process improvement.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in order entry, manufacturing support, or operations
1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and order processing workflows (FeneVision experience is a plus)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
FeneVision experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise and support the Order Entry team in day-to-day operations
Manage and prioritize the centralized order queue based on urgency and complexity
Monitor workflow activity to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely processing
Review orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with production capabilities
Track and report key performance metrics including accuracy, throughput, and turnaround time
Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
Provide training, coaching, and escalation support to team members
Support operational initiatives and additional duties as assigned
