Requirements

2+ year of experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support (within manufacturing, distribution, or similar industry)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time
Clear, professional communication skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Comfort learning new systems and tools (ERP experience is a plus)
A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in and help

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from order placement through delivery
Accurately enter, review, and manage customer orders and quotes within our ERP system
Monitor order progress, communicate updates, and proactively address questions or changes
Interpret product specifications and configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer needs
Manage incoming requests through a shared inbox, prioritizing tasks and staying highly organized
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, engineering) to resolve issues and keep orders moving
Identify ways to improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and service
Build strong product knowledge to confidently support a wide range of customer inquiries
