About The Position

Kamatics is seeking an Order Entry Clerk who is responsible for accurately and timely entering customer orders into the Kamatics ERP system in accordance with service-level agreements and customer requirements. This role supports order accuracy, documentation, and basic reporting while providing administrative support to the Quality organization as needed. All work is performed in compliance with applicable state, federal, and international regulations. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3+ years of clerical, administrative, or order entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Dependable and able to follow established processes
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or aerospace experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Review customer contracts and purchase orders and accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system.
  • Create and update customer orders to ensure all required information and customer specifications are captured.
  • Maintain order entry documentation, files, and basic team metrics.
  • Generate routine spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
  • Provide customer service support to internal teams and external customers, including Quality, Operations, and Supplier Quality.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with the Order Entry team.
  • Follow established work instructions and procedures; escalate issues or discrepancies as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and 6S activities within the work area.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment; follow all safety and environmental procedures and report incidents.
  • Perform other clerical or administrative duties as assigned and assist with cross-training when needed.
