About The Position

The Order Dropper / High-Reach Forklift Operator safely operates a high-reach industrial truck to retrieve, move, and organize products in a fast-paced warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida. The role involves accurately pulling, moving, and dropping orders, as well as picking, staging, and organizing products according to order requirements. The operator maintains a clean and safe work area and follows warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines. Additional warehouse duties may be assigned. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday opportunity, scheduled from 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM. The position is temp-to-hire with potential for permanent placement and pays $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay. Work is performed in person.

Requirements

Previous warehouse or forklift experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville, Florida 32258 area.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time.
Ability to bend, reach, climb on and off equipment, and perform repetitive movements as needed.
Ability to safely operate industrial equipment in a warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

High-reach, cherry picker, order picker, or stand-up forklift experience is strongly preferred.
Valid forklift certification, or willingness to obtain certification as required.
