The High Reach Forklift Operator works in a freezer warehouse and uses a stand-up forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while following regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. The schedule is Monday–Tuesday and Thursday–Saturday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m., with Wednesday and Sunday off. The operator places palletized units into racks above floor height, retrieves units from rack locations for outbound shipment, and records food-item materials, weights, counts, and condition using a radio frequency (RF) system. The role also involves loading and unloading materials, completing daily forklift maintenance check sheets, and maintaining, cleaning, and charging batteries and material-handling equipment. The position requires basic math skills, the ability to understand instructions in the applicable official language, and the ability to work in freezer conditions as low as -20°F/-25°C while wearing company-provided protective equipment and freezer gear. The operator must be able to lift at least 40 pounds, work a flexible schedule and shift—including weekends if needed—and be comfortable with varying noise levels, which can sometimes be loud. Lineage describes this role as an opportunity to begin a career path within the company, with the possibility of greater responsibilities and promotions. The company says it values respect, team-member care, development, and engagement. Benefits include medical, dental, basic life and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, annual bonus eligibility, and at least seven holidays per calendar year.
