About The Position

Order Builders work in a fast-paced warehouse environment fulfilling customer orders and preparing Coca-Cola products for delivery. The role involves building and staging orders for loading onto delivery trucks while ensuring accurate product rotation, date codes, and adherence to safety and manufacturing practices. The position is based in Fort Worth, Texas, and works five days a week from 7:00 PM until finish. Starting pay is $18.43 per hour and up, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of general work experience.
Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50 pounds, including above shoulder height, without assistance.
Ability to kneel, squat, and reach above the head consistently.
Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment containing product loads for at least 100 yards without assistance.
Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

Pull orders based on pick tickets and accurately build them for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack while ensuring date-code accuracy and proper rotation.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
Meet productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in the designated area.
