About The Position
Order Builders work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, fulfilling customer orders and preparing them for delivery. They help ensure customers’ stores are fully stocked with Coca-Cola products. The role involves pulling and building orders from pick tickets and load tickets, moving and rotating product, and preparing completed pallets for loading.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of general work experience.
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50 pounds, including above shoulder height, without assistance.
- Ability to consistently kneel, squat, and reach above the head.
- Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment containing product loads for at least 100 yards without assistance.
- Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks.
- Prior warehouse experience.
Responsibilities
- Pull orders based on pick tickets and accurately build them for loading onto delivery trucks.
- Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
- Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date-code accuracy and proper rotation.
- Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
- Meet productivity requirements.
- Stage completed pallets in the designated area.
