About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon to establish and grow a thriving surgical practice based in their Keizer office. This role offers an opportunity to join an established referral network with strong demand and modern technology. The position provides flexibility to expand schedules across additional locations and offers a choice between a guaranteed salary or production-based compensation. Expected annual earnings range from $300,000 to $500,000+, depending on schedule and production.

Requirements

• Certificate from an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain before employment)
• Current CPR certification
• DEA registration and NPI (or ability to obtain before start)
