About The Position
West Coast Dental is a dynamic, fast-growing group of over 45 dental offices serving Southern California for more than 30 years. We are committed to providing high-quality general and specialty dental and orthodontic care with a great patient experience. We offer a large, diverse patient base of all payor types and provide general, specialty, and orthodontic services across all our offices. We utilize a digital, state-of-the-art practice management system, instruments, and equipment.
Requirements
- Specialist licensed in California
- DDS/DMD degree
- Oral Surgery Certificate from a university accredited by the California Dental Board
- Active California State Dental Board license
- Active Malpractice Insurance
- DEA, CPR and NPI are required

Responsibilities
- Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
- Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection, and relationship with patients and one-another.
- Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
- Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment.
