About The Position
Arkansas Oral and Facial Surgery is looking for a talented, patient-focused Oral Surgeon who’s passionate about delivering exceptional care to join our team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This role offers a dynamic practice environment with a focus on patient care and professional growth. The practice is part of Rock Dental Brands, a doctor-led Dental Network Alliance that provides comprehensive support through its DNA Solutions Center, staffed with experts in HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and more. The goal is to streamline and innovate practice operations, allowing doctors to focus on patient care.
Requirements
- Completion of U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency program.
- DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program.
- Clinical scope to include extractions, dental sedation, bone grafting, dental implants and facial trauma treatment.
- Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain.
- Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain.
- Candidates licensing and/or relocating are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to patients.
- Perform clinical procedures including extractions, dental sedation, bone grafting, dental implants, and facial trauma treatment.
- Collaborate with a fully staffed team including RNs, RDAs, and operations support.
- Utilize modern technology and equipment, including CBCT.
