This practice is dedicated exclusively to extractions and minor oral surgery, allowing providers to spend more time treating patients and less time dealing with insurance complexities or production-driven expectations. Requirements
- Active Florida Dental License required
- Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
- Experience performing both routine and surgical extractions
- Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Comfortable working in a high-volume clinical environment
Responsibilities
- Perform simple and surgical tooth extractions
- Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment options
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care
- Explain procedures, recovery expectations, and post-operative instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate with dental assistants and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Follow all OSHA, infection control, and clinical standards
- Help create a positive, professional experience for every patient
