About The Position
ClearChoice is seeking a part-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to place dental implants for patients seeking "All-on-X" solutions. This role operates as a 1099 independent contractor, requiring 1-2 days per week based on your availability. Surgeries typically occur from 7 am to 11 am. This position offers the opportunity to transform patient lives and gain significant experience by performing three or more arches daily. The compensation is excellent, paid on production in a high-volume practice, with no overhead or non-competes. The practice provides all necessary surgical equipment and an experienced surgical team. You will collaborate with an expert Prosthodontist who handles consults, treatment plans, and restorative work, while the management team handles all business aspects, allowing you to focus solely on patient care and surgery. The working environment is described as amazing, low-stress, and free from referral management.
Requirements
- Graduate of a U.S. accredited four year dental school (DMD or DDS).
- Post graduate U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice oral surgery.
- Successfully passing a thorough background check.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the AO4 procedure.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental implant surgery including the extraction of teeth and alveolectomy as necessary.
- Provide safe and effective anesthesia services.
- Work in close collaboration with Prosthodontist to help plan cases for the best possible results.
- Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.
