Requirements

A minimum of 8 years of experience in delivering Oracle transformation projects
Experience leading at least three end to end engagements in the Oracle Utilities space
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or similar role, with a focus on Oracle Cloud technologies.
Minimum of 3 years experience in project management and delivery methodologies.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Proficiency industry sector – Resources.
Oracle certification in one or more modules.
PMP certification

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Utilities (CCS/C2M/CC&B) technology solutions, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to design and deliver robust Oracle Utilities solutions.
Understand meter to cash utility processes and be able to advise our clients on how their business processes can be enabled with the Oracle technology.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support.
Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Utilities technologies, staying updated on the latest developments and best practices and the Oracle Utilities roadmap.
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of Oracle Utilities professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices in Oracle technology delivery.
Demonstrate proficiency in in one or more modules of Oracle Cloud technologies (Oracle CCS, Oracle C2M, Oracle CX4U, Oracle CC&B Cloud, PaaS and OIC)
