About The Position

Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking an Oracle Utilities Integration Lead to make the new happen now. This role involves using design thinking, agile development methodologies, and new smart tech like IoT, automation, and AI to help companies become digital leaders. The practice has a strong relationship with Oracle, evidenced by their Platinum membership in the Oracle Partner Network and numerous awards. The ideal candidate will be a transformation maven, capable of solving complex business problems using their know-how, creativity, and analytical skills. They should be comfortable leading projects and teams, as well as diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. The practice covers both the functional/process and technical development/architecture aspects of Oracle. Strong communication and people skills are essential to inspire teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities and integration projects, ideally in Oracle SaaS cloud environments.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience working on Oracle Utilities applications like Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Customer to Meter (C2M).
  • Minimum 4 years as a team lead responsible for planning, managing and delivery coordination among internal, offshore and client team members.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 12 year work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Integration workstreams using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for projects in Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) ensuring successful transformations or upgrades into Oracle platforms.
  • Lead the integration approach, strategy and plan deliverables in the design phases of large projects.
  • Help gather and analyze requirements to transform integration architecture development artifacts.
  • Understand the core architecture and integrations for Oracle Utilities applications, leading integration strategy, integration diagrams and integration rationalization.
  • Manage tasks, set priorities and coordinate with different teams.
  • Serve as a technical expert, team lead and mentor for on and offshore teams navigating complex integration and application administration challenges.
  • Work closely with the Technical Designers to ensure the technical solutions align with the solution approach.
  • Perform Environment planning, provisioning, architecture support, dress rehearsal execution and cutover support.
  • Support Release and Migration Management with DevOps pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure integration data integrity and performance.
  • Oversee project timelines, risk assessments, and deliverable quality.
