About The Position

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Utilities CCS professional for a remote role based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The position requires deep functional expertise in Oracle CC&B and/or Oracle Utilities CCS/C2M, particularly billing and rate engine logic. The role also involves using SQL to investigate billing calculation issues, integration discrepancies, and data quality defects, as well as billing triage, defect analysis, or test leadership on implementation or upgrade projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle CC&B and/or Oracle Utilities CCS/C2M, with a deep focus on billing and rate engine logic.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using SQL to query Oracle Utilities data models and investigate billing calculation issues, integration discrepancies, or data quality defects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a billing triage, defect analysis, or test lead role on an Oracle Utilities implementation or upgrade project.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with JIRA or equivalent defect tracking tools and Power BI or equivalent reporting tools in a project delivery context.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AMI/interval data processing or NESB billing logic in an Oracle Utilities environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). For an associate's degree, equivalent minimum 6 years' work experience is required.
