  • Lead containerization efforts, design container deployment pipelines, and manage workloads using Docker and Kubernetes/OKE.
  • Coordinate with DevOps and application teams to align CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure-as-code practices with OCI native tooling.
  • Administer, tune, and maintain cloud-based Oracle databases for high availability, resilience, disaster recovery, and performance.
  • Implement, configure, and monitor Oracle Data Safe, including database security baselines, user assessment, sensitive data discovery, data masking, and audit compliance.
  • Uphold DoD data security, hardening (STIGs), and federal regulatory standards across compute and database layers.
  • Analyze OCI cost models and utilization metrics, and implement FinOps strategies to reduce resource waste and ensure contract budget compliance.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison to Oracle Cloud Support; manage Service Requests, coordinate severity escalations, and drive root cause analysis to resolution.
