About The Position

The Oracle Technical Program Manager leads program planning and delivery for Oracle R12 Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The role is the primary contact for client business and IT stakeholders, coordinates onshore and offshore teams, and oversees governance, solution design, testing, and go-live readiness. The position also tracks budget, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs while ensuring adherence to client security, compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle R12 WMS and SCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, including scope definition, work breakdown, milestones, and the integrated delivery roadmap.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client business and IT stakeholders, and run steering committee and status meetings.
• Establish and operate program governance, including status reporting, RAID management, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment, handoffs, and time-zone overlap coverage.
• Own solution architecture sign-off in collaboration with leads, ensuring end-to-end integration design meets business requirements.
• Manage interdependencies and change requests, including impact assessment on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Oversee SIT and UAT testing phases and drive go-live readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare.
• Track budget, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to client security, compliance, and quality standards.
