Oracle Technical Lead
About The Position
Tessera Labs is hiring a US-based Oracle Technical Lead for its Center of Excellence. This is a remote role within the US, with travel to customer and partner sites as needed. The position combines Oracle technical and capability leadership with architecture, AI-enabled delivery, and pre-sales solutioning. The engagement model is approximately 30% building and leading the Oracle technical team, 55% technical architecture and AI-enabled delivery across several concurrent customer engagements, and 15% pre-sales technical solutioning. The role works US business hours with a distributed team across the US and India and reports to the Head of Center of Excellence. The start date is immediate. Tessera Labs describes itself as an AI-native platform for enterprise transformation. Its multi-agent platform delivers governed execution across ERP, CRM, HCM, and finance systems, combining expertise across Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, and other systems of record. The company aims to unify enterprise systems and enable teams to work in plain English.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience.
- Must be based in the US.
