About The Position

SMX is seeking an Oracle EBS Technical Analyst to develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The role includes writing PL/SQL scripts, configuring modules, troubleshooting issues, supporting business processes, and ensuring system functionality meets client requirements. The analyst collaborates with functional teams and performs work related to data migration and integrations. The position involves developing custom applications, reports, extensions, and workflows; building and maintaining system interfaces; providing technical support and root cause analysis; conducting system analysis and upgrades; and ensuring performance, stability, and data integrity. The analyst also tests and debugs RICE components and maintains detailed technical documentation. The proposed salary range is $73,000–$122,000 USD. Requirements

Active clearance or public trust based on sponsor.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and AME, with Oracle EBS experience, development tools knowledge, and a strong understanding of EBS application architecture.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
Experience with iProcurement, Purchasing, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Deep understanding of accounting, particularly line of accounting (LOA) configuration.
Familiarity with the Oracle 12.2.x application schema and ability to create queries.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience; directly related postgraduate study may substitute for experience at the rate of three credit hours for three months of experience, up to 36 credit hours.
Experience creating technical documentation.

Nice To Haves

Oracle APEX experience or experience with a similar report writer.
Oracle certifications, such as OCP for EBS R12.
Experience with data integrity, system optimization, and working within a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle EBS applications, reports, extensions, and workflows to meet business needs.
