Provide support to the Oracle Systems & Support department, specifically the Payroll, Time & Labor and Absence modules. Serve as a functional and technical expert by supporting the Oracle Cloud HCM application suite, with primary focus on Payroll for US, Time & Labor, Absence Management. Working knowledge of interdependencies with payroll and other modules such as benefits, compensation and recruiting is highly desirable. Utilize Journeys, Business Rules, AI agents, workflow and other common modules to meet Brinker’s business requirements.
