About The Position

This is a Contract position based out of Bethesda, MD. The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Experience with labor management systems, including helping build an existing labor product
Involved in transitions from custom labor management setups to Kronos
Familiar with legacy system environments (e.g., working with systems dating back to 1992 / 1983)

Responsibilities

Able to participate in calls when needed, approximately three days per week
Comfortable working remotely
Strong experience with foundational, low‑level data entry and data structuring
Comfortable handling mundane, detail‑oriented tasks critical to building and maintaining systems
Experience with job code creation and maintenance
Skilled in Quality Assurance (QA) lab work, including testing system functionality
Familiar with system validation and testing processes
Experience with labor management systems, including helping build an existing labor product
Involved in transitions from custom labor management setups to Kronos
Familiar with legacy system environments (e.g., working with systems dating back to 1992 / 1983)
Experience supporting purchase order (PO)–related activities
